Résumé

Lissencephaly with pachygyria is a rare congenital neuronal migration disorder associated with severe neurological impairment, cognitive deficits, and refractory seizures. Conventional treatment is largely symptomatic, offering limited improvement in functional outcomes. This case report presents a five-year-old child diagnosed radiologically and neurologically with lissencephaly type I with pachygyria and chronic seizure disorder, who exhibited marked cognitive and communicative impairment. Despite long-standing neurological pathology and prior conventional care, the child showed significant clinical improvement under individualized homeopathic management. Seizure activity ceased, and meaningful gains in memory recall and speech were observed. This case highlights a functional neurological transformation achieved through homeopathic intervention at Dr. Batra’s® Homeopathy Clinic.
